**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising residents daily, managing their welfare, discipline, and adherence to institution standards.
- Providing support during emergency situations.
- Implementing Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
- Ensuring the safety and security of premises through body and property checks, security patrols, dormitory inspections, and conducting urine tests when necessary.
- Managing and addressing the daily living needs of residents in the Hostel.
- Establishing positive relationships with residents.
- Participating in task forces to assist and execute required tasks.

Job Requirements:

- Capability to work night shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and similar tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,160.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability
