**Head Chef**
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
- Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
- Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff
- Oversee the work of subordinates
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- In the absence of the Exec Chef, to step in and follow his orders and tasks.
- Provide support ad hoc duties assigned by management/supervisor

**Sous/ CDP**
- Chef (Any Cuisine) responsible for smooth kitchen production
- Preparation & creation of menus
- Ensure adherence of all standard recipe cards from respective station
- Maintain high level of food presentation and standard food quality according to standard operating procedure
- Maintain & control proper stock and usage for the smooth running of operations. Adopt FIFO.
- Upkeep hygiene & cleaning of kitchen section
- Provide support ad hoc duties assigned by management/supervisor

**Cook/Kitchen Assistant**
- To assist chefs in preparation of food
- Responsible for food preparation and cooking;
- Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean;
- Meeting food quality expectations of customers.
- Maintain and observe cleanliness and hygiene at all times as well as proper uniform.
- Maintain professionalism and kindness when dealing with customers.
- Provide support ad hoc duties assigned by management/supervisor
