**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- To provide support to the Sales on Shipping/Logistics in the department
- To process shipping documentation (PO to factory and shipping docs such as invoice, packing list, BL, L/C, etc)
- To handle LC shipment and LC documentations for negotiations.
- Periodic monitoring and coordinating with factories to meet stipulated shipment schedule for order issued.
- To arrange shipments as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase order, as well as the shipping instruction from the customer.
- To coordinate with factories and forwarder/carrier on logistics operation, vessel booking, verification and issuance of shipping documents, including tax exemption forms.
- To advise shipping list to customer for payment and liaise with Sales and Account department for payment confirmation.
- Handle ad hoc issues such as shipment delay, documents discrepancies, customs clearance problems etc.
- Daily report of any delay payment & shipment

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Sales coordinator job or shipments and logisctic job, able to handle LC shipments.
- Experience in handling project documentation, preferable shipping and logistic related field.
- Positive attitude and maintaining effective Teamwork and collaboration skill
