About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Travel Retail Asia Pacific team, located in Singapore. This is a critical role which supports all functions of the organisation by conducting relevant analysis to drive efficiency, productivity and provide actual data on market trends too.

You will work with a variety of stakeholders across the regions to enable the whole organization to drive growth in line with our objectives by leveraging data and online tools

**Responsibilities**:
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement, for example based on monthly retail sales.
Analyse business data, key insights and market intelligence working closely with our key retailers and vendors. Monthly monitoring of KPIs: retail sales & performance vs. the market, Beauty Advisor commissions
Assist Commercial teams in retailer trade terms negotiations.
Continuously stay closely connected to the retail and digital trends to feed innovation mindset
Support the implementation of new visualization tools and ensure overall adherence with a variety of stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Global team).
Support the local and global teams with the pricing analysis bi-annually.
Work on CMI strategic projects to learn, understand or plan future markets expansions.
Handle large amounts of data to generate market insights for the commercial team to help execute business plans

**Requirements**:

Strong knowledge of Excel (Vlookup )
Able to bring people on board to new concepts and tools, communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and have the ability to influence others

A fast learner and strategic thinker with strong drive for results
Passionate, enthusiastic, thrives on challenges and keeps a healthy attitude under pressure, takes charge of self-development
Collaborates easily with others and adapts to different working styles. Ability to embrace changes, committed, honest
**Excellent in execution**: Reliable, gets things done on time and takes responsibility for the quality of all deliverables with attention to details.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in an international environment.
Fluent communication in English (both written and oral)
