We are looking to hire a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing APAC Data team. This position reports to the Head of Business Intelligence; you will own our core business and product performance analytics efforts at Flash-Coffee.

**What you'll do**:

- Define and implement BI & analytics strategies, dashboards, and reports, enabling Flash Coffee to uncover actionable insights and opportunities from our existing data.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to be used by management for data-driven decision making.
- Work together with the related stakeholders and teams in managing the requirements, data sources, data integrity, data quality, and actionable items taken from insight deliverables.
- Be in charge for the day to day analytical requirements and data request needs of the whole APAC team, communicating issues, suggesting remedial action and improvements where appropriate.
- Document the process, the code, the definition, and the structure of the analytics and reporting environment.
- Proactively suggest improvements for visualisation, generating charts/tables that give insightful views of key business issues and opportunities.
- Promote a data-driven culture and enforce data governance and security

**Who you are**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence
- Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
- Problem-solver with Analytical mindset, knows his/her way around MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc
- Strong expertise in SQL & BI tools
- Ability to create beautiful dashboards with BI tools like Tableau or similar tools
