**The Role**

Wilhelmsen Ships Service, one of the group's largest divisions, is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business intelligence and data analytics visualization
- Dashboard creation, management, and improvement
- UX alignment across Sales technology stack and improvement
- Application management and operationalizing the value extraction of technology
- Process improvement and increased CRM efficiency for users
- CRM support/project management and data hygiene across our technology stack
- Sales enablement and training related to data visualization tools and CRM
- Contribute to commercial and strategic initiatives that will increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Support process efficiency, global standardization, and implementation of best practice
- Business analytics related to cost saving or increased revenue generation

**Ideal Profile**

**Required prerequisites to succeed in this role**:

- Comfortable working in an international environment with English as the main working language
- Hands on work experience (2-5 years) using BI tools, Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Proven experience presenting, developing, and implementing business improvement initiatives using BI tools in an accurate, precise, and systematic nature
- Experience with wireframing, storyline, UI/UX and building excellent data visualizations

**Additional distinctions we are looking for**:

- Relevant work experience from analytics, consulting, finance, or sales operations related positions
- Experience with analytical, structural and/or process related problem solving
- Data driven and independent thinker with strong cross functional collaboration skills
- Result oriented and ability to identify value adding improvements
- Ability to communicate a complex analysis in a simple way through excellent data visualizations
- Basic coding for data processing or understanding of programing is beneficial but not required
- Degree, preferably within economics, business administration, computer science or engineering
