**UX and Visual Design Project Manager**

**Responsibilities**:
Lead projects spanning from UX Design to Presentation Design.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients.
Manage and mentor the talented Oscar design team.
Ensure design projects align with the defined scope in the statement of work.
Develop and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Plan and schedule internal and external meetings, reviews, and workshops.
Provide constructive feedback to ensure all changes are precise and complete.
Harness your creative and critical thinking skills to drive innovation.
Report and escalate issues to management when necessary.

**Requirements and Skills**:
A graduate degree is a must.
Proven experience managing projects in alignment with the defined scope.
Minimum of 2 years in consulting, design management, project management, or product management roles.
Previous experience managing digital product design projects.
Familiarity with data and analytics is a plus.

Proficiency in crafting compelling stories with PowerPoint.
Impeccable organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A blend of left-brain management skills and right-brain design interests.
High emotional intelligence, outstanding interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking.
