**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define design requirements and project objectives.
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user flows and interactions.
- Design visually appealing, accessible, and intuitive interfaces that comply with regulatory and brand standards.
- Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing results.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation while maintaining design integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design for financial services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction**, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience**in UI/UX design, preferably within **banking, fintech, or financial services**.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating **end-to-end UX/UI projects**(research, wireframing, prototyping, and final designs).
- Proficiency in **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD**, or similar design tools.
- Deep understanding of **user-centered design principles**, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments**is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with **design systems**and **component-based workflows**.
