A leading financial is seeking a**Technology Assurance Lead**to strengthen their technology risk posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive assurance across critical banking platforms and infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**- Lead and manage technology assurance reviews across core banking systems, infrastructure, and cloud services.
- Develop and maintain IT control frameworks aligned with MAS TRM, APRA CPS 234, and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk-based assessments of technology processes including access management, change control, and incident response.
- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and risk teams to address findings and implement remediation plans.
- Oversee third-party risk assessments, ensuring vendor compliance with security and operational requirements.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and assurance metrics to senior management and governance forums.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IT governance, risk management, and control effectiveness.
- Prepare and present assurance reports and recommendations to audit committees and executive stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology assurance, IT audit, or risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, IT control frameworks, and cybersecurity standards (e.g., MAS TRM, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with audit tools, risk dashboards, and assurance reporting platforms.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, are highly preferred.
