**Key Areas You'll Shine In**:

- Implementing IT General Control testing in accordance with the Assurance methodology.
- Evaluating and enhancing internal controls related to functional area risks.
- Joining forces with SMEs and other teams in integrated assurance reviews.
- Steering team plans that align with broader business strategies.
- Building and nurturing strong, consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and the tech risk team.
- Extending professional advice and coverage to assurance peers in overseas locations.
- Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing within your team.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Over 5 years of experience in Technology Assurance or IT auditing, preferably within the financial sector or a Big 4 setting.
- Proficiency with MAS Technology Risk Management guidelines.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking processes, technology procedures, and banking products.
- Skills in security, database and access controls.
- Stellar communication skills for presenting crisp technology assurance reports to senior management.
- Sharp analytical skills, adept at problem-solving, planning, presenting, and managing relationships.
- Self-starting attitude with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- A knack for keeping up with developments in the relevant functional area and a hunger for continuous technical learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving business environment and work collaboratively within a matrix organisation.
- A team-first mentality and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual, global setting.
