**Job Description / Responsibilities**
To assist the managers and team to ensure the team’s performance is in line with company’s requirements.
Ensure all admin records are accurate and up to date.
To work with the team to ensure workflows are kept relevant and enforced. To review the work processes when required.
To prepare and attend meetings with Team mainly on jobs status review.
Tracking and updating of records and preparation of monthly reports and KPI.
Liaising with engineers and customer to resolve business transaction matters if require.
Perform data entry into SAP systems and Tableau.
Perform general admin tasks.
Any other duties as assigned.
**Requirements and Skills**
Attention to details, strong communication skill, service minded and can carry out job independently.
Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
Will be good with experience in SAP systems and Tableau software.
