**Job Scope**

Production Controller is responsible for managing end to end production order execution from order received into shop-floor system to material request, kitting, assembly, test, solutions setup, audit, pack and handover to logistics for order delivery. The scope include but not limited to the followings.
- Chair daily operations review meeting with cross function team and production for day to day orders executions planning, prioritization, issues resolution and expedite order completion to meeting customer delivery commit.
- Track and monitor production WIP and inventory to maintain at healthy level.
- Establish process of monthly production inventory cycle count and audit to ensure book to physical inventory accuracy.
- Support and ensure smooth system transition in the areas of production order execution.
- Lead and support Kaizen and Smart factory initiatives that improve production efficiencies and reduce production cycle time.
- Meet Operations KPI which include but not limited to PCT and CM Cost.

**Qualification**
- Preferably Tertiary education with at least 3 years of relevant working experience will be considered.

**Skills and Experience**
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
- Experience in SAP or Shop floor database will be preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environment and understanding of production flow will be added advantage. Knowledge of RPA and Power BI will be added advantage.
