**Job Summary**:
Plan production build plan in according to customer demands and resources availability. Follow up production activity control to meet production objectives.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan weekly/monthly/quarterly production build plan in according to customer demands.
- Review ramp tracker and max ramp weekly according to customer demands.
- Follow up daily production plan to ensure resources and materials readiness with material planners and buyers.
- Review daily production plan to identify potential risks and report to manager.
- Review ramp tracker and max ramp weekly according to customer demands.
- Assist in production/engineering activity to meet production objectives.
- Attend production meeting and provide status on material shortages and commit dates.
- Monitor work order and adjust WO schedule for On Time Delivery (OTD).
- Monitor materials movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operation.
- Coordinate with manager in resolving production planning and line issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams (material planners, CBO, warehouse, QA) to complete work order on time delivery.
- Work with engineer team to manage adhoc work order reworks or unique product configuration.
- Communicate production update to manager on regular basis.
- Support New Transfer Product (NTP) production - including timely set up of production ramp readiness chart and overall product capacity. (if required)
- Plan and monitor material lead time (MLT) in production WIP to ensure continuous operations.
- Any other adhoc duties.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Planning software skill - SAP, Agile, Visual Management
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel spreadsheet and Powerpoint)
- Meticulous attention to numbers and detail oriented.

**Educational/Certification Requirement**:_. _
- Diploma/ITE in Engineering / Science/ Mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering.

**Experience Requirement**:

- 1-3 years of production planning. Preferably in manufacturing/semiconductor industry
- Good interpersonal skills/ high sense of responsibility
- Able to work under pressure, multi task and task oriented.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Team Player
- Highly motivated and adaptable to fast paced, dynamic environment; flexible to work for extended hours as required.
