Singapore TELE-CENTRE SERVICES PTE LTD Full time

**Job Descriptions**
- Build-up networks, linkages with institution, entities for manpower pooling and recruitment
- Follow up on recruitment needs
- Recruitment related reports
- Update the hiring details as and when needed
- Go through LOA and conduct orientation with new joiners
- Validate recruitment invoices + timesheet
- MOM Surveys
- Conduct yearly Company Employees Satisfaction Survey
- Organising training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties
- Handle exit-clearance
- Assist and execute employment engagement events such as Company Dinner and Dance, Chinese New Year and Christmas Buffet, team bonding events
- Negotiates outsource services such as manpower services, employee welfare and company activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in HRM or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, proactive, and a good team player
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice
