Assistant Director, Business Solutions and CRM

The role of Assistant Director, CRM reports to the Director Sales, Business & Channel Development and Director, Digital.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and propose improvement to B2C and B2B customer experience and customer journeys and ensuring that these improvements have measurable benefits to the business based on business user requirements
- Create detailed user stories for personas based on requirements gathered, clearly defining the user journey and user touchpoints, with appreciation on how to translate it to tech requirements and relevant scenarios for user testing.
- Monitor and report on the progress of business development projects, ensuring that projects are carried out in on time and on budget
- Review user test scripts, perform user acceptance tests and support to end-users testing during UATs and solutions deployment cycles.
- Communicate and present to stakeholders and SDC management on project progress, impediments and decisions made to ensure a smooth solutions delivery.
- Assess and assist to address feedback from stakeholders affected by the change.
- Manage and coordinate the project timelines for B2C and B2B users.
- Prepare project progress reporting to Reporting Officers on a monthly basis.
**Job Requirements**
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Digital management and Digital Product management
- Well versed in business requirement gathering, product enhancement lifecycles and project delivery methods like waterfall and agile.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystem and how it drives value to both customers and business
- Experienced in managing internal stakeholders, external vendors and agencies and/or resources for a project environment.
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to clearly articulate messages effectively to different audiences at all levels.
- Details oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter who is resourceful and able to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
