Marketing and Outreach Manager

We’re looking for a creative and versatile marketing manager to join our global, remote team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
i. Marketing

a. Marketing Strategy:
i. Manage and execute marketing strategy to ensure successful inbound marketing to drive customer engagement and acquisition.

b. Content creation and execution:
i. Outbound eMail and nurture campaigns

ii. Manage all Social media channels (Twitter & LinkedIn)

iii. Positioning & messaging

iv. Collateral refresh & creation

c. Data Analysis:
i. analyze all channels regularly to measure and optimize to drive traffic and increase engagement and leads:
d. Website Management

ii. Compile website performances report using Google Analytics program and use findings to optimize site performance.

iii. Measure the performance of CTAs, keywords and forms and work to improve conversion rate.

ii. Podcast Management

a. Schedule and coordinate guests for interviews

b. Identify potential guests from articles, groups, social media, press & news etc

c. Editing skills an advantage

d. Posting to social media channels with encouraging & creative posts

iii. Market Research and Writing

a. Conduct research on competitors, clients and partners as needed to help inform growth and sales for GGH.

b. Write blog posts and LinkedIn posts to position GGH and CEO as thought leader.

c. identify possible investors, partners, clients and speaking opportunities and conduct outreach.

d. Develop presentations, spreadsheets, memos as needed for client, investors and partners.

e. Incorporate customer feedback and new developments in the marketplace to generate ideas that increase customer engagement.

f. Develop editorial calendar; research, create, and manage content for social media, blogs, etc.

iv. Client Communication and CRM, in partnership with Sales & Client Success:
a. Manage incoming sales inquiries, and work collaboratively on communications with clients and maintenance of CRM (Hubspot).

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Currently working in marketing and looking to grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
