**About Us**:
Incorporated in the year of 1984, our company specialises in towing heavy duty commercial vehicles such as buses, trucks and prime movers. We are also the preferred towing partner for many mobile cranes and concrete pump companies in towing their equipment & vehicles around numerous construction sites as well as their vehicle repair workshops in Singapore.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing the timely and accurate processing of customer payments. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and communicate with customers regarding payment status.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Process customer payments received via various methods, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update customer account information as needed.
- Prepare aging reports and assist in the analysis of accounts receivable data.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to accounts receivable processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., UBS system)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
