Customer. Service" by focusing on and continuously promoting and developing a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture within the organization. Maximize customer’s satisfaction by providing professional services and consultancy while promoting service products to support Nano Purification Solutions mission & growth plan. **Key Responsibilities**: - Install, commission, and test compressed air dryers, gas generators, filters, condensate management systems, and related equipment. - Perform routine and emergency maintenance on installed systems. - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system issues using diagnostic tools and technical documentation. - Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenanc - Document service calls, maintenance reports, and parts usage accurately - Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical alignment.
