**Job Scopes & Responsibilities**
- To handle all operational matters for assigned TC / VC vessels from start to completion.
- To ensure voyage instructions are communicated effectively.
- Plan and manage all voyage aspects and requirements including cargo stowage, and cargo operations, agency appointments, prepare LOI and resolve any issues arising.
- Manage port calls and all vessel expenses related to commercial operations.
- Monitor bunkers consumption and speed.
- To perform post-fixture activities such as handling freight invoice, demurrage/despatch and verify port disbursement accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate input into IMOS and company’s software system.
- Other works as assigned by the management.

**Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications)**
- Minimum Degree in Maritime Studies or Logistics or in relevant discipline.
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player.
- Quick to response.
- Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.
