**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the Relationship Manager in charge of existing and new client relationships.
- Meet all clients on a regular basis; establish and foster with them long-term relations based on trust.
- Actively promote the Bank’s services and assist clients in every aspects of a Private Banking relationship (set up of the account, deal with pending issues, wealth management - discretionary or advisory - promote ancillary services such as wealth planning, private equity, real-estate, etc.).
- Be fully involved with the management and the administration of these clients relationships, monitor the transactions and liaise with all other Departments when required (operational, administration, investment, legal etc.).
- Review regularly all portfolios and keep abreast of latest transactions and changes.
- Fully understand clients’ risk profile and provide them with market updates; explain our House View, provide approved investment ideas and recommendations to clients (base on their different risk profiles).
- Collaborate closely with the Bank’s investment specialists to provide the best service to clients.
**Profile**
- Proven track record of relevant banking experience focused on client acquisition and the management of wealth for clients
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals
- Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients
- First class presentation and communication skills
- Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high-performance client centric culture
- Ability to develop robust internal networks in order to offer a seamless delivery of products and services within the integrated bank franchise
- A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards who is decisive, innovative and able to cope under pressure
- Fluency in English.
