**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across Singapore and the ASEAN region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored battery solutions.

- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and service excellence.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs at a regional level.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
- Support regional marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or client visits as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage for liaising with regional and China-based partners.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel on short notice within the region.
