Singapore ASCENTURE ACCOUNTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Responsible for handling full set of accounts including AR, AP and GL;
- Generate monthly financial statements to management;
- Closing and preparation of yearly financial statements and audit schedules (including work-in-progress schedule);
- Coordinate with project sites on inventory listing and year-end inventory-count;
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns;
- Monitoring and managing of accounts receivables collection;
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers on shipment of materials to Singapore and payments to them;
- Handle the company's cash management functions;
- Handle company's banking facilities including trade facilities and project accounts;
- Liase with banks on submission of letter of credits, trust receipts and renewal of bank facilities and any bank’s requests;
- Handle monthly payroll including CPF and FWL submissions;
- Handle monthly sales commission and incentives for salesmen;
- Handle company’s Government grant matters;
- Liase with the Authorities (IRAS, BCA, MOM, ISO, etc);
- Liase with external auditor and tax agent on audit and tax matters; and
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
