**Job Description & Requirements**:
Operation Manager in foodstuff company

Operations Analyst and **oversee operational activities at every level of an organization **. Their duties include hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs. An operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.

Monitor store inventory and manage food quality. Ensure can meet schedule and target. Improve product standards and hygiene.
- Preparation and oversight of the operational.

- Ensure can meet production schedule and target.
- Improve product standards and hygiene
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Safe Handling and maintaining of machinery equipment
- Attend call backs and emergency duties as when required.
- Development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations.
- Creation of sales or production goals, often in cooperation with other executives and the chief executive officer.
- Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
- Supervision of managers and operational staff members.
- Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation.

Requirement:

- Shift work day Shift/Night shift
- Familiar in Ms office.

Individual to be involved in:
1 Lead and supervise overall operation matters.
2. Keep tab on benchmarks / budgets and work towards cost reduction.
3. Implement, and execute merchandising plans that help the business to grow
4. Maintain close relationships with local partners through regular market visits, meetings and business reviews
5. Ensure business partners follow brand's standards in terms of retail operations, product assortments, visual merchandising, image and client services
6. Identify potential operational & business improvement opportunities
7. Provide reviews and financial/non-financial performance reporting to enable the business to achieve its long term objectives, Minimize costs of operations for business.
8. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulation.
