Singapore AGS FOUR WINDS INTERNATIONAL RELOCATIONS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main responsibilities of the role will be to**:

- Manage household goods services for our global clients DTD
- Be the primary point of contact for transferees throughout the move process
- Estimate volumes of goods to pack and load and ship by Air or Sea or Road for Domestic household goods moves.
- Coordinate move services DTD but also DTP when agent or AGS branches bookings to ensure successful logístical coordination of each household goods move, in accordance with AGS and Client procedures and standards.
- Monitor shipment status, including accurate and timely updates of internal and external records
- Maintain the expected level of profitability per file by working costings, quotations.
- Accurately process invoices within the required timeframe to ensure that revenue levels are met
- Maintain positive and constructive communication with customers, accounts, vendors, partners, and AGS branches around the world.
