We are an established and aggressive sales team of a photocopier company in Singapore, with our own technical support for our photocopier brand. For the past 6 years, we have been number 1 in our industry and much feared amongst our competitors. We are currently expanding our team, and we are looking for leader to lead us.

Job Responsibilities:

- For admin side, you must clearly understand and assist,

1) Submission of customer info to partner companies

2) Get approved by the partner finance company and discuss with approval amount

3) Preparation of paperwork for customer

4) Liaise with logistic for delivery scheduling
- For IT technician side, you must clearly understand and assist,

1)Lead IT team to execute IT-related tasks and excellent after sale services

2)Install IT drivers and softwares: Printer drivers, Microsoft Office installation, Updating of PC drivers

3)Installation of servers, NAS, access points

4)Ad-hoc troubleshooting of computer issues (client's office)

5)Setup of computer systems and hardware

6)Photocopier repair
- For sales team side, you must clearly understand and assist,

1) Aware and analyse market trends and devise and develop marketing ideas and strategies

2) Gathering of data from research to expand and develop existing and new customers

3) Implementation & execution of agreed plans to achieve business goals

4) Strategizing, conceptualizing & developing annual events and marketing plans

5) Assist sales manager training sales

6) Participate in meetings with target company management and client personnel.
- For HR side, you must clearly understand and assist,

1) Assist HR develop company policies & procedures that are compliant with regulations

2) Conducting recruiting and vetting new staff through different platform

3) Assist HR performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
- Overseeing daily business activities and improving overall sales functions
- Administratively support the daily operations of the company
- Training heads of each department of company
- Managing budgets, salary range, bonus for each department
- Assist in coordinating work performed by multiple services lines and sales teams.

Job Requirements:

- Good EQ and social skills COMPULSORY
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma/professional degree in business management, marketing or equvilent
- Operate in a high stress environment
- At least 5 years working experience in the related field (Familiars with IT product such as photocopier machine, Synology NAS, computer, software and so on)
- Good sense of humour
- Time management
- Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
