**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the legal team within a multinational company (MNC).
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Summarize and analyze legal documents and research for the legal team.
- Organize and maintain legal files, records, and documents.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for the legal team.
- Manage and maintain legal databases and tracking systems.
- Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
- Handle and respond to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support in legal projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
