**Your challenge***:
**In your future role as a Trading Business Management Graduate Trainee, we focus on the following responsibilities**:
Trading Business Management
- **Assist traders in daily business as required**:
Trading Projects and Business Development
- **Coordinate and manage trading related projects**:
Trading Business Risk Management
- **Support in identifying and addressing operational and regulatory risks regarding trading processes and functions.**:
**Your profile***:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or finance (degree within the last 12 months)
- Ecellent command of English
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Analytical and organizational talent
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to go beyond the usual level of commitment
- Identification with LGT and its values
- Interest in a long-term commitment to LGT
- Interest in project management as well as financial products
- High IT affinity and interest in finance
- Ability to innovate, initiative and commitment with high quality standards
