**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards throughout the hiring process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role, with a strong track record of successful placements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
