Roles & Responsibilities

**The Job**:

- Familiar with the connector requirement in storage, server and CPU sockets
- Run market analysis including competitive activity and maintain market intelligence on respective product line with support of market intelligence team and regular interaction with sales team
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements on products interfacing with sales teams
- Identify need for product extensions / modifications and prepare required ARs
- Define positioning of product line in market as well as Go-To-Market strategy and prioritisation amongst product to optimize overall gross margin of product line
- Coordinate new product launches working closely with sales and plant product managers to keep TTR as short as possible
- Prepare promotion material and drive marketing actions to support the sales with help of Marcom team
- Identify new business opportunities and coordinate their Go-To-Market working closely with sales
- Review and challenge sales targets on product line as part of the budget reviews
- Review and challenge cost, lead time and quality targets quarterly with site production manager, operations and planning teams.
- Be involved in the relationship management with strategic customers/partners
- Approve specific pricing decision as part of the pricing escalation process
