Develop and maintain partnerships with our merchants, leveraging on key platforms and ecosystem to benefit Alipay+ users - Responsible for coming up with new initiatives, user growth campaigns and product requirements to drive the growth of digital payments adoption and related financial services business - Ensure the end to end execution of initiatives and campaigns - Take measures to address regulatory concerns and ensure business operations adhere to the requirements of the regulators - Manage internal and external stakeholders including preparing and providing periodic updates to them on the payments business - Translate local insights and trends to product features and campaigns that benefit local users - Drive synergies with local wallet partners to grow their usage on our platform and perform relevant post campaign analysis
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance, with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience - Good knowledge of marketing in e-commerce and fin-tech industry, including knowledge on user acquisition and lifecycle management operations. - Understanding of payments industry is is highly desirable - Independent, self-driven and innovative - Strong organizational, execution and communication skills (with internal and external stakeholders) - Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
