**Who are we?**

The Super Loco Group operates four Mexican restaurants in Singapore, serving up fresh, creative interpretations of classic Mexican food in a fun and festive environment. **Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing and Research**:Develop marketing strategies to increase exposure of the group four restaurants. Research trends. Identify business opportunities
- **Web and Social Media Management**:Build and increase exposure of the restaurant group through web and social media channel and platforms
- **Events Management**:Plan signature events to increase engagement with customers. Assist with project management and execution of signature events
- **Content Management**:Creating vibrant, fun and festive content for digital channels. Plan content pillars
- **OKRs and budget**: Monitoring and maintaining the media budget and OKRs
- **Reporting**: Preparing and presenting quarterly marketing score card and end of year deep dive marketing reports
- **Touch points**:reviewing and refreshing in-venue and digital touch points
- **Media**:Oversee media relations activities and press releases
- **Manage the brand**: Make sure all events, ideas, promotions and collateral are on
- brand
- **Management**:Manage small team and liason with restaurant managers and report to Group GM

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
- Experience with social media and advertising.
- Previously managed a marketing team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills. Good at english copywriting for promotions and communications.
- Understand what makes great marketing copy, collaterals, ads, parties and events.
- Project-management skills.
- Understand whats required to build a brand, brand positioning and brand identity.
- Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.
- Analyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity.
