Assistant Vice President/ Vice President, Capacity

**Your background**
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
- Experience in financial forecast and budgeting
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze data and trends to support capacity planning activities
- Good with numbers and is analytically driven
- Minimum 5 years of working with infrastructure technologies with good understanding on cloud, server and storage hardware configuration
- Independent and able to plan and execute deliverables in a demanding environment with little or no supervision
- Excellent team player and communicator who can drive initiatives and deliver results
- Having worked with Dell, Netapp, VMware products is a plus
- Having experienced with Data Center and Network management is strongly desired

**What you can expect**

The Capacity management & Reporting team is responsible for managing the shared infrastructure capacity (BofA cloud, SAN and NAS storage, backup etc) within hosting organization. The team is also responsible to liaise with global product management team and submit relevant TiGor and FCR requests for capacity upgrades and yearly technology refresh programs.

A Capacity Management Associate role is responsible to manage shared infrastructure capacity like Cloud and Storage. He/she is also required to actively drive capacity right-sizing, upgrade and also technology refresh program.

**What you will do**
- Drive multi technology program for Cloud and storage infrastructure across multiple countries in APAC region
- Responsible for ensuring availability of shared infrastructure capacity by working closely with technical teams such as Engineering and Operations teams
- Perform capacity planning, monitoring, forecast and execution of shared infrastructure (servers and storage).
- Follow internal process to raise necessary paperwork related to purchasing and coordinate delivery of hardware.
- Work with stakeholder to secure financial budget required to drive technology refresh programs and capacity upgrade activities.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all related key stakeholders with regards to capturing hardware configuration requirement.
