Receptionist Office Admin

Our group of companies specialize in luxury watches and F&B sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general receptionist duties.
- Attend and receive guest at reception and arrange refreshments where necessary.
- Answering, screening and directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordination of travel arrangements and hotel reservations for overseas travel.
- Manage and coordinate meeting room calendars.
- Arrange courier services (local and international).
- Assist in pantry, office, stationery supplies orders when required.
- Assist with Safe Management Measures admin matters.
- Assist with accounts and office filing system.
- Ad hoc admin matters and duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Friendly and professional behavior with strong interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks effectively
- Physically fit to perform light cleaning and pantry duties
- Punctual, reliable, well-groomed and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
