- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospects, clients, and partners
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive sales environment
- Strong understanding of the ‘Industrial’ landscape and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Willingness to travel within the region (10-20%) as needed
