**Summary**

The Chef Concierge supervises the concierge team and is responsible for the management of all aspects of concierge functions. The Chef Concierge serves the needs of the guests by running errands, handling luggage, and coordinating guest requests with vendors. The Chef Concierge maintains and builds relationships with external hospitality vendors to the benefit of the hotel.

Provides support to the Front Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of Front Office, Executive Lounge and Concierge to ensure the achievement of established quality and service standards, and maximize the financial performance of the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall concierge and guest services operations
- Be an expert of the hotel’s facilities and services and of the surrounding community
- Build and foster relationships with external hospitality vendors to the benefit of the hotel
- Provides guests with information about attractions, services, and activities in or outside the hotel
- In charge of all hotel transportation requests, execution and billing arrangements
- In charge of all external guest transportation requests and execution
- Ensure that all requests are efficiently delegated to relevant hotel departments, and that follow up is completed to meet or exceeds guest’s expectations
- Work with the Guest Services Manager to ensure all VIPs are meet and greet upon arrival and to provide courtesy calls to check on their well-being appropriately
- Manages day-to-day operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis
- Assist the Front Office Manager to implement Hotel policies, procedures, and service standards in accordance to brand and service guidelines set by Accor
- Assist to plan and set annual performance goals for employees in line with the hotel goals
- Recommend and execute improvements in hotel policies and Front Office operations to drive guest satisfaction and achieve desired financial results
- Ensure that Hotel guests are taken care of in accordance with SOPs and guidelines, and resolve service issues, incidents or accidents as required
- Assist the Front Office Manager for recruiting, disciplining and counselling employees appropriately
- Work with Front Office Manager to recommend training programmes for upskilling of employee's soft & technical skills
- Perform other duties as directed by the Front Office Manager and the Management

**Qualifications**
- At least two (2) years of experience in a **similar capacity **within the luxury hospitality setting
- Proficient knowledge in Hotel PMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and guests
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong operational leadership with a business mindset
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
