**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to questions and issues raised by customers within agreed SLA.
- Guide customers through the setup, installation and integration of Numerix software on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues over the phone and via remote access.
- Manage all customer support issues via Salesforce service cloud console; manage customer expectation with proactive communication to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
- Administer internal and external licensing servers; manage and control the creation, distribution and revocation of software licenses.
- Assist in the software release and distribution process; manage the release of GA, Alpha, and Beta software packages to customers and prospects.
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of Numerix license servers using Java and Apache Tomcat technology.
- Assist in creation of new FAQs for our customer support knowledge base.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Numerix CrossAsset and Oneview products and business function.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating with customers and software engineers.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Strong customer focus and customer satisfaction oriented.
- Very energetic, self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
- 2+ years of Finance or Insurance industry experience preferred; Understanding of the securities industry; working knowledge of fixed-income and other derivatives is a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting general operating system software related issues on UNIX/Linux and windows platforms.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel. Financial modeling with Excel is a plus.
- Programming experience with Java, Python, C++, C#, html and Javascript, plus.
