**Your Role**

You will lead id21’s Strategy & Change Management practice, combining workplace consultancy, employee engagement, and transformation planning to deliver holistic, future-ready solutions. Working closely with clients and internal design and delivery teams, you’ll bridge business goals with human needs, ensuring that every space we shape delivers value beyond aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and delivery of client workplace strategies, aligning space, culture, and performance objectives.
- Design and execute change management frameworks to support organisations through workplace transitions, whether it’s hybrid work implementation, office redesigns, or new ways of working.
- Facilitate leadership alignment workshops, visioning sessions, and employee engagement programmes.
- Guide the integration of workplace data, space analytics, and behavioural insights into strategic recommendations.
- Champion thought leadership, trends analysis, and innovation in workplace strategy for both internal teams and external audiences.
- Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of strategists and change consultants.
- Collaborate closely with our Design, Projects, and Client Success teams to ensure strategic continuity throughout the project lifecycle.Build strong, trusted relationships with C-suite clients and executive stakeholders.

**What You Bring**
- 10+ years in workplace strategy, organisational transformation, or corporate real estate, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
- Strong track record leading complex workplace change programmes across industries.
- Deep knowledge of hybrid work, employee experience, workplace technology and space planning.
- Skilled facilitator with exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Passion for human-centric design and creating workplaces that elevate wellbeing, collaboration, and performance.Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate studies or certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Organisational Psychology, Architecture, or Design Thinking are a plus.
