About The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Director, Workplace to own and drive WeWork Workplace opportunities for named and unnamed accounts across the Pacific region. In this role, you will:
- Focus on pipeline generation, cultivate new business development opportunities, execute renewals and perform against quarterly targets- Manage multiple deals in different stages and align stakeholders to drive transactions through close- Partner with internal sales teams to help uncover member opportunities.- Own and drive large Workplace transactions in collaboration with Leasing and Accounts sales reps- Work closely with the Technical Account Manager to progress deals and scale accounts- Ensure transaction pipelines are consistently up to date and provide timely forecasts- Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate the Workplace value proposition in the context of the future of work- Work closely with Customer Success to provide unmatched customer service to members and ensure the best possible member experience- Mentor and coach Account Executives within the Workplace team

About You

Does the below sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you- Bachelor’s Degree- 5+ years of full cycle quota carrying direct sales experience- Comfortable using CRM platforms - Salesforce experience highly desirable- Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales- Experience in fast paced SaaS business is highly desirable- Experience managing individual contributors preferred- Strategic thinker and problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and presence- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial and resilient mindset- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills- Exceptional organizational skills
