**What the role is**

GovTech Digital Workplace manages G2E (Government-to-Employee) products for public officers across government agencies. It aims to enable a simplified, user-centric experience for public officers and transform how they work in the Future Workplace. Understanding and anticipating the user’s need is key, so that we build meaningful solutions for public officers. Some features we are developing include working in a hybrid workplace, team building and career development. You will be working on one of the key strategic national products. **What you will be working on**
- As the Deputy Director, you are responsible for overseeing a portfolio of products from conceptualisation, development, launch to continuous improvement. Throughout the process, you will also need to ensure that the product is operating within the budget allocated. - Conceptualization: Study and lay down clearly the problems that the product feature needs to address. Thereafter, work closely with business analyst and UX designers to research and design the product feature. A proper cost benefit analysis should also be performed to assess the feasibility of the product. - Development: Work closely with the development team, translating the design concept into a working product. This is done in an iterative manner, starting from a minimum viable product, and scaling it iteratively while testing at each stage to ensure that the product meets its objective. - Product roll-out: Collaborate with the engagement team for the product to identify suitable milestones to launch the product feature. This includes strategising product go-to-market process. Where relevant, work with Communications and Marketing Group, riding on various publicity channel to launch the product feature. - Continuous Improvement: Post launch, continue to monitor the usage and performance of the product to identify further opportunities for improvement. This includes planning the next generation of the product feature, addressing the evolving needs of users.
