**Deputy Director/Assistant Director**

**SUMMARY**:

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Design all aspects of the program to maximize member outcomes
-Assemble and manage a panel of providers and merchants to support the programme’s benefits
-Develop end-to-end workflows and systems related to the programme, including membership sign-up, fee collection, benefits delivery, program performance, budget adherence, and general reporting
-Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and time goals

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Recognised degree, preferably in a business or quantitatively driven major
-At least 7 years of work experience, with significant knowledge in leading design and operations of products and services involving high transaction volume with retail customers (e.g. loyalty programmes, banking and insurance products)
-Experience in partnerships and vendor management
-Strong process and systems thinker, with focus internal/external user experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and business analytics, including use of data visualization tools, basic statistical methods and reports
-Motivated, independent team player, and able to work well with multiple stakeholders
-Able to navigate complex systems
-Creative problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills
