We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to lead the Workplace Health & Outreach division to promote health and wellbeing among the working population. The Director will oversee the planning, engagement of key stakeholders and implementation of health prevention initiatives in workplace settings in Singapore to promote healthy living among workers and to enhance workplace longevity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead division in developing strategies to reach workers through impactful operating models that are evidence-informed
- Direct the implementation of outreach strategies to achieve key performance targets and desired outcomes
- Engage key workplace stakeholders and employers on the business case for health promotion
- Guide division in the recruitment of employers and the management of relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive the team in forming collaborative partnerships with public and private sector organisations to leverage their resources to further the division’s goals
- Lead the team in developing the capability and capacity of workplace health promotion practitioners to support the growth of the division’s work

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience at the upper middle to senior management level
- A dynamic and self-motivated individual who possesses
- Strong desire to excel and able to marshal resources effectively to deliver results;
- Strategic and critical thinking;
- Strong operational experience in managing programmes and large scale operations;
- Track record of building strong stakeholder relationships; and
- Excellent communication skills and innovative mindset to attempt novel approaches to problems
- Able to thrive in changing and ambiguous conditions
