Singapore MHA - Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Full time

**What the role is**
- As part of Capability Development branch in Policy and & Development (P&D) division, the job holder will work with Services Centres to conceptualise the future capabilities and requirements for the transformation of Services Centres to the future integrated ICA Services Centre (ISC) under the Services Centre Next-Gen (SCNG) concept. SCNG is ICA’s blueprint to transform the way it delivers services to the public, and envisions an ISC that will provide convenient and personalised services through the principle of “No Fuss, No Visit, and No Waiting”. The job holder will put in place plans for the change management and transition to ISC in consultation with relevant stakeholders to ensure that current and future operational needs are met.

**What you will be working on**
- Conceptualise the desired ConOps for ISC that is in line with desired capabilities under the SCNG concept. - Conduct pilot trials on the ConOps for ISC, and provide recommendations to fine-tune the processes of ISC. The job holder will conduct continuous review of the work processes to align with the SCNG vision. - Formulate and implement transition plans to ISC to ensure the smooth transition of work functions and officers from current operating concept of 3 Services Centre (product-based) to future concept of 1 ISC (function-based). - Develop and disseminate regular comms to officers as part of change management to help officers understand the organisational changes and how it will impact them and their job roles. - Work with Manpower Division on estab and posting matters for ISC. - Work with Services Centres and Policy branch in P&D to review standing operation procedures (SOPs) and working instructions (WIs) to align with ConOps of ISC and any policy changes. - Work with Competency & Training branch to develop training plans for ISC officers.
