Oversee the overall development and implementation of marketing strategy of Research and Development (RDS) business unit in Asia Pacific.
- Manage RDS marketing budget and allocation to plan including, disbursement, coordination tracking across APAC sub-regions.
- Collaborate with individual countries’ commercial and marketing team with strategies formulation and Business planning.
- Strategize, analyse, and execute digital marketing including social media marketing and work with internal teams to execute.
- Monitor and evaluate digital performance across the region for actionable insights and decision making that contribute to business development.
- Oversee social media strategy and engage relevant stakeholders to build strong brand presence and affinity in the region.
- Improve and utilize established standard operating processes and procedures (SOPs) for activating marketing promotions and programs.
- Primary point of contact and coordination for APAC regional marketing vendor (agency) relationships.
- Prepare and present reports across key digital marketing and other indicators.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree required with 5 - 7 years relevant marketing experience.
- APAC experience preferred
- A self-starter who has demonstrated experience in managing Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Pharmaceutical and CRO experience will be advantageous in the role
