Singapore ENEOS OIL & ENERGY ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

Demonstrate ability to build/develop crude oil sales/purchase and delivery business through strategic positions and market views, in line with and within ENEOS's trading business, risk policy, and authority.
- Work with the responsible slate lead to execute ENEOS system trades as well as EASIA independent trades.
- ENEOS : Japan HQ entity with 9 refineries, EASIA : 100% ENEOS subsidiary in Singapore
- Maximize General Interest in ENEOS Group as the first priority with team work.
- Make short & mid term trading strategy to meet and exceed annual global crude oil KPI.
- Expand intakes of new crude oil sources and enhance network capabilities with end-users for resale optimize opportunities.
- Coordinate ENEOS system procurement and sales with ENEOS HQ, clarifying requirements based on the result from LP(Linear Program).
- Devise headging plan and execute hedges to manage price risk exposure.
- Structure new trading scheme independently within the company policy.
- Make constructive suggestions to ENEOS HQ and other overseas trading offices (Houston, London, Abu Dhabi) to improve our trading activities within the company policy.
- Work closely with operations to manage trading/operation(incl. shipping) matters.
- Conduct business PDCA(monthly buy/sell/inventory planning, lookback, and stewardship)
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Company when necessary.
- Carry out other duties assigned by Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and General Manager of Crude & Fuel Oil Trading Dept. as and when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:
Master or Bachelor's degree in any discipline from accredited college or university.

Minimum 3 years of crude oil trading experience.
- B2B sales experience and connection, market network.
- Derivative knowledge and knowhow.
- Risk management with ETRM.

Having experience in operation of oil trading and executing derivative trades is preferable.

Knowledge of oil refining flow.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Ability to communicate in fluent English to communicate with colleague and clients well.

Ability to speak and write in fluent Japanese and require JLPT N1 category level for Japanese to communicate and report to headquarter managements and employees in Japan who cannot speak and write in English well.

Strong safety and compliance mind-set.

Strategic thinking & problem solving, strong negotiation skills.

Motivated and responsible team player with high working capacity.
