According to the company's policy guidance and development planning objectives, propose medium and long-term development planning for company business；
- Responsible for carrying out market research, tracking and analysis of new business, and making breakthroughs in business from the perspective of business model innovation, new resources and markets, and new trade products；
- Works with team members to execute the trading strategy, helping to structure, price, and execute customer-based transactions, and acting as a resource to internal stakeholders for matters related to the relevant markets.
- Develop potential business opportunities in the China and Singapore markets and leverage on a strong background of domestic customer relationships to expand the trading scale of the company
- Conduct market analysis and research according to the company's business expansion and development needs to provide support for increasing trade volume and trade profits.
- Accomplish business goals set by management and achievement the KPI.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in international trade and marketing, petroleum logistics, international finance, petroleum refining, and chemicals, or similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years of trading experience in the crude oil or refined products market. Working for a major international oil company or large corporation would be an advantage
- Knowledge of international business, laws, and rules and those related to international and domestic oil trading
- Strong counterparty relationships in the Chinese market
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate quick-thinking skills
- Good oral and written skills in English and Chinese (the position requires communication with Chinese colleagues)
