**More About the Company**:
Gifted.PH was launched in 2014 and is the first personalized electronic gift certificate website in the Philippines and is now selling over 150 gift certificate brands available nationwide in the Philippines. It is operated by E-Link Business Innovation Corporation, with partners in the Philippines and Germany, out of its office in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It works closely with partner channels in and across the regions.
Gifted.PH was founded out of a personal need to make gift giving easier and more thoughtful for everyone, whether it is choosing the perfect gift or sending the gift automatically and affordably from thousands of miles away. It is our hope to make it easier and easier for Filipinos to give and receive gifts from around the world.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The person best suitable will be handling various functions relating to the following key areas of the business, either performing the tasks directly or executing it together with a team, depending on their availabilty:
Ecommerce Operations
- Provides account management related support in supporting any account payable or account receivables activities
- Web admin portal management: Manages the web admin portal in terms of administrative activities such as adding new merchants, updating merchant profiles, updating general website info, minor content and image modifications, etc. for the Gifted.PH portal and other portals related to merchants or partners such as Lazada. Programming is not required, since the portals have a user-friendly interface
- Inventory Management: Supports the re-ordering of new product and supplies inventory. Keeps inventory at stock at minimum level and above at all times. Updates inventory records.
- Logistics and Delivery: Manages the delivery logistics of sending items to customers via courier
- Provides general management support to the company
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management: Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable through invoicing, payments, Paypal and bank transfers. Ensures all records pertaining to this is accurate.
- Sales Support: Supporting the sales life cycle in terms of Lead Generation, Market research, calls to potential clients and merchants.
- Marketing Support: Supporting marketing related activities which include, where applicable, promo management, merchant discussions, blog writing and other marketing related activities
Sales:
- Corporate Sales Acquisition: Includes identifying new client prospects and educating them about the company’s product offerings by conducting sales presentations, following up on leads and closing respective long term deals.
- Increase clientele of the website to generate more corporate gift certificates sales or add new merchant partners
- Meet and exceed website agreed upon sales targets and quotas by executing sales plan
- Make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations and closed sales
- Source and develop client relationships and referrals
- Generate and analyze the sales reports on a monthly basis. Analyze patterns and trends in the reports and make recommendations
Marketing
- Works on promotions in B2C marketing channels, which involves working with merchants to identify and finalize promotional campaigns, adding and updating pages in the respective ecommerce platforms and providing post promo evaluations
- Performs Digital marketing initiatives such as search engine optimization, social media management (Facebook and Linkedin)
- Writes blog articles and manages the company blog
- Works on marketing related projects in relation to adhoc marketing projects such as events and sponsorships
- Graphic design: creates and modifies simple images needed in the blog and in Gifted’s marketing platforms
Web Development
- Support the web development team in adding new features or updating features in the existing ecommerce platform
- Providing recommendations, testing results to the web development team as well as business case and use case requirements analysis
- Conduct integration to other partners
- Work on special IT projects and other company IT requirements as needed and as fit
**Qualifications of Applicant**:
- College Graduate or College Intern from a top-tiered school
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Very savvy with MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and experience using web based tools and portals
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbally. Fluent in English. Excellent in communicating and influencing all walks of life, whether juniors, seniors or peers.
