**Role Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our BD team in Singapore. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, providing our BD Directors and Head of Strategy with up-to-date market intel and developing relationships with potential clients, contributing to the growth of our company. There will be lots of hard work involved, but we promise it will be fun and rewarding

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry/ product trends, potential clients and competitors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and even cold-calling
- Churn out proposals and other product collaterals to partners and clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our company and build relationships with potential clients

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in BD, Sales or Marketing
- Any personal experience in Blockchain, Web3, DeFi or other Tech industry experience is a major plus
- Knowledge of Blockchain technology and its potential use cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Kind and bold
- Strong interest in Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Web3 technologies
- Ability to travel as required
