We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Client Communications Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Project management of proposals, pitch presentations and other sales enablement materials to support GLCM Sales Managers in their pursuit of business
- Promote GLCM’s capabilities internally and externally through creation and project management of sales enablement content such as case studies and thought leadership materials, developing both original content, as well as tailoring past examples to suit new requirements
- Elevate GLCM’s profile in the market and internally through creating and project managing award submissions aligned to strategic priorities
- Serve as a point of quality and audit control in terms of adherence to process, procedure and risk related to Global Liquidity and Cash Management sales content
- Management of award submission process for GLCM ASP; strategically align and manage priorities of different stakeholders; drive the amplification plans of award wins via various channels with the help of marketing and comms teams

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- University graduate
- Technical knowledge of cash management and transactional banking ideal - a background in Financial Services preferred. Banking experience in a frontline is role highly valued
- Strategic thinker with strong customer centric and analytical mind set
- Strong command in English is necessary. Proficiency in a third language (such as Chinese) is an advantage
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint is required. Knowledge on other image/video editing software is a plus
- Proven experience in managing and delivering projects and programs, across geographies, regional or global in scope, with meticulous attention to detail
- Results and output-oriented with proven track record, self-directed, change leader, high energy and strong execution capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to support multiple stakeholder requests simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a growth mind-set
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
