Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute the company’s international business expansion plans, including foreign market entry strategies and global market development initiatives.
2. Analyze international market trends and competitor activities, providing data-driven insights and decision-making recommendations for international business planning.
3. Lead the expansion of international logistics operations, including identifying global logistics partners, negotiating, and signing cooperation agreements.
4. Drive the development and execution of overseas warehousing, international freight forwarding, and ocean shipping businesses to achieve international business expansion targets.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Identify and develop new international business opportunities, ensuring smooth implementation and execution.
7. Build and manage the overseas expansion team, including performance evaluation and motivation.
8. Define job responsibilities, workflows, and operational standards for the overseas expansion department to ensure efficient team operations.
9. Collaborate closely with front-end business, mid-end operations, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of international business initiatives.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Master’s degree or above in International Shipping, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in international business development, global market expansion, or international logistics, with a proven track record in cross-border operations.
3. Deep understanding of international trade policies, logistics trends, and overseas market dynamics.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience in establishing partnerships with international clients and logistics service providers.
5. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, capable of conducting market research and competitor analysis.
6. Leadership experience in team management, including performance evaluation and process optimization.
7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
8. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
