**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily retail operations and lead the Retail Team
- Oversee and monitor ticketing sales device status
- Ensure staff maintains the cleanliness of office premises and adheres to the security procedures
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that the inventory and cash float are intact and properly accounted for, and to conduct a full audit check and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor and assess staff performance, and to monitor the number of complaints on staff
- Ensure the proper handling of cash and stock items

**Requirements**:

- Possess Retail Operations Supervisory experience
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle tough situations and interpersonal issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

- Working Hour: 5 Days / Rotating Shift
- Salary: Up to $3500 + AWS + VB
